Your subconscious can be accessed with your Subresonate Voice (SV), where SV is listening to your speech in reverse with an audio editor. Then using intuition or having your third eye open, one can assess their SV with their biases and beliefs. When your ready, then you can change your behavior by listening to your +Meself+ in the SV.
I believe we all have a +meself,+ as our higher-self, and the +meself+ can be accessed with SV. By listening to your SV you are doing +reverse speech+ on yourself. With SV, one can assess their beliefs and values with the subconscious. One may find that their +Meself+ will come through the SV by way of figure of speech and even directly call them by their name to let them know that their +Meself+ is communicating with them.
All you need to do to start with is to: record your audio, do the reverse effect on it and then listen to the messages with your brain. To direct the subconscious one can change their behavior and this is accomplished by changing thoughts with SV.
I believe the higher-self comes through from the 5D and has a frame of reference that is in the future compared to the R3DT consciousness. How to prove this 5D exists can happen if the +meself+ is real. If other people besides myself can detect the +meself+ then this shows a connection to the subconscious.
Someone may say that this is just in my brain. While I think it is in my brain and also outside it, in the 5D. Because the +meself+ has a supernatural quality, I think this is what is referred to in the 'Gospel of Thomas' when supposedly Jesus said, 'make the two one.' Put the +meself+ into the "I" to make one spirit, the conscious and subconscious.
The +ogre+ can destroy the conscious self by one listening to the +ogre+ in SV. Good intuition comes through eating natural foods and not using toothpaste that has fluoride ions in it. The fluoride ion can cause the pineal gland to not function correctly. Since the pineal gland is our access to intuition, damaging it can cause bad choices to be made by listening to the +ogre+ or other harmful spirits.
Knowing of the +meself+ has benefits of keeping oneself whole by: making health better with what you eat, exercise and being true to oneself; living life and fulfilling one's soul contract, after you find out it's necessity; and spreading the word to others, don't cap-off your light.
The mind is like a computer system and the SV allows you to change that computer program by learning for yourself, by trial and error.
We can change our mindset with our thoughts. The mindset, to me, means how the frequencies in the mind are oscillating between our memories that were programmed into the brain. So that mindset happends before thought because that is what is programmed into the brain. To change one's programming then one needs to control what goes into the brain, throught the senses. With the third eye open, then the mindset can be examined with intuition, the sixth sense. The sixth sense therefore, is the master sense to regulate the others getting inside the brain. Because once a sense is detected there is no stopping it getting inside the brain. The information from the sense, once it is in the brain, gets inputed in the programming of the mindset. Here our beliefs and values can set something as good, bad or indifferent.
We naturally want something to be good. If something is not good, then we dress it up and become vain. Vanity is making something look better than it is. As I remember reading in the bible, the bible has recorded the vain people want to make things good, even for things that do not change. There are good times and bad, why not embrace the bad times? To me 'Vanity of Vanities' represent the vain going too far and making something good and calling it bad or making something bad and calling it good. With the third eye open one can detect these feelings with our intuition. Our intuition lets us know when something is too good to be true or when there is fear that makes us think something is good when it is in fact not.
When the third eye is open then, one I think, will have different likes and needs because they have changed how they see something. The media can shine a light into our eyes, to what avail? I think the media and marketing wants to control us. Marketing has spent a lot of time and money to get products and services to consumers. If they are wrong then new marketing will take their place, so these people want to stay in power, because power paves the way for mediocracy and routine. If I sense a bright light in my eye with my third eye open, then I will want to look away, to get my composure. I can't take the crap out of someone's eye unless I take the beam out of my sights.
SV is my method to do +reverse speech+ because I don't want to get +liquid-de+ with other person's spirits. It is better to know oneself and their +Meself+ than to listen to other's +reverse speech.+ I said to God that I will not do +reverse speech+ on other people again. This is my pledge to show my faith to God. I came to this conclusion because, I feel, we are all connected together. In the higher dimensional set, the 5D, all things are one and time is not continuous. As a consequence, doing +reverse speech+ onto others can affect their +Meself+ with my +Meself+ and this is, from my feeling, a contradiction to what God wants.
I believe telepathy is real, since I feel I can do this. I can get the thoughts from some animals and people. This is because our spirits can connect in the higher dimensions. Children have this psychic ability as a trait for our instinct to communicate with our world when we cannot speak and are vulnerable. Human society has not as much use for telapathy from adolescence on, because we are programmed that this is not real, just an imagination.
Our starfriends are among us and watching us. There are angles watching too, as in seraphim and cherub. The reason why we cannot see them, I think, is because our eyes are incapable to see their frequencies. With SV, I have been informed that they are basically here to watch, at least some of the times. When something important happens they would be there, to watch, and maybe write something onto the soul if one does wrong.
