The mind can direct one's thought by centering oneself to the zero point that is everywhere in the universe. Since the zero point can connect any dimension then the spirits flow with the +whirlwind+ to other realms. Having an open third eye allows for the communication between souls to take place and instantly. However the one open to telepathy needs to prep and prepare the body and spirit to get this information.
Eating vegetables is a way to open the third eye because vegetables are natural and are not part of the mass manufacturing of food that has no profit to make foods acceptable to making DNA work in a fine tuned way. High processed foods just get quick calories and don't benefit the body and may even harm the body from all of the man made chemicals in foods.
Drinking alcohol causes the body to purge dead cells. Alcohol kills cells that line the mouth and throat form its toxic nature.
Fluoride can cause calcification of the pineal gland and this will deaden the ability to send and receive information. It is better to try to get filtered water that has been laboratory tested to contain no fluoride ions.
