SPIRIT "make their own food! This is the core concept of manifesting and focusing all senses onto the level you want to get to, in the 'food web' of life. I'm from the viewpoint that there is a 5D above us as described in the bible, as in Heaven then also on Earth. So we can't detect this 5D above us, but the spirit is evidently there. The spirit is an indicator of the 5D above and is real and our brain can detect the spirit. This is like 'Multi-Dimensional Intelligence.'" The spirit is available and is able to give nourishment to our consciousness, just like producers give food to consumers on Earth, it’s the Food Web concept. Spirit ➡️ consciousness ➡️ body would be the correct energy flow. Energy flows from the Sun to the one who consumes. In a similar way, there is spiritual food from Heaven. We have to be able to receive the spiritual food. Jesus, in the bible, survived 40 to 41 days in the wilderness. He must of had a spirit or spirits to sustain him during this time. To consume spiritual food we must need to be able to focus the mind. If a thought comes in and it is evil then we must be able to cast that stray thought out. If we can change our behavior then we can change our thoughts to good by directing the mind. We must have full control over our mind and senses in the body. Listening to SV helps to find one’s +Meself+ and then listening to SV will allow you to focus the mind and senses.
If we do not have full control of our mind then the body could consume the mind. We must make the mind and body one, by not letting evil spirits seperate the two, not even one instant. On the other hand if we get energy from spirits to help the mind surive, then this can sustain the body away from sin and death.

When a spirit that grows gets fruit, then it can allow a consciousness to consume it and derive energy from it. Once the consciousness is full of spirit, then the consciousness will want to go unconscious to sleep. When the consciousness is sleeping, now it's an ideal time for the body to consume the consciousness. However, the body is not at the top of the food chain as there can be some evil spirits that can devour the body and destroy it, a keystone spirit called +Say-tin+ that tricked Adam and Eve. This makes sense, since we live in a World of sin and sin means death to the body.
