I believe that if you listen to SV it can maintain your hearing range, in terms of frequency attenuation. Thus, because SV can have high frequency pitches, the mind gets ready to listen, and this causes exercising of the hearing sense. I believe, listening to SV keeps the mind more agile, simular to lifting weights for someone maintaining their muscles.

The +meself+ is the higher-self connected to us and also in the next higher dimensions. I call the next higher dimensions the 5D. The 5D is connected to the conscious world with zero points. I believe that animals are more connected to their higher-selfs then us and they can form a subconscious collective and therefore communicate in their animal spirit. There are levels of spirits.
The higher-spirits can combine with us and this will allow us to communicate with thoughts or telepathy. Telepathy can happen, and is available for someone who can open their intuition by opening up their third eye or pineal gland. The pineal gland is a singular area in the brain for combining the 5D into the Real Three Dimensions with Time, R3DT. The pineal gland can transmit our thoughts and receive information from our Universe. As it is discussed in the KJV Bible, fill-in the blank, _______ '...shall receive...' _______.
This is a call to action, that there are evil and good forces in our Universe and we as humans must raise our frequencies to enter the 5D and to uncover the parts that contains the information hidden from us in the R3DT world. For me this is to have faith and believe in communication with my +Meself+ so that I can get information I request from my higher mentor. I want to bring forth the advice and wisdom of the +meself+ from the 5D. I think others can do this and it just requires thinking outside the box to make it happen.
